Tioman 22nd July

(this post, basically, I copied from my own blog. hehehehe.. paiseh... no time to re-write. :p )

Finally posting about out Tioman trip, it was already July.. only 3, 4more months left before diving season ends in East Coast Msia. Tioman's corals are very healthy, so happy to see that. BUT, the fishes are getting lesser and lesser, like a forest without animals, very lonely, desserted feeling. HOwever it's always nice to go for a short diving trip at Tioman.

This is a flatworm.

Shirley and me.

A nudibranch's egg~ So pretty.

Anemone and clownfish.

Labas island, my favourite dive site at Tioman.

The many swimthroughs at Labas. Very special site.

Tioman's sunset is always like this. The sun is always hidden behind thick clouds.

Very very fat nudibranch.

Lots of hermit crabs.

Cut a hole in my glove so that I can handle my camera easier. Thanks to ST's ingenious idea. She told me to only cut a slit on the glove, so it becomes like a "hood" on my finger. When I don't need to handle camera, I can always pull it back and cover my finger~!
(I still remember because of the glove, I couldn't press the shutter when I wanted to, causing Hazel almost running out of air as she took out her regulator for me to take a photo. hehe..)

Purple nudibranch~ so pretty. Gab took this photo while I was looking around. Actually I don't have much interest in nudibranch, pretty as they are, I prefer to play with things like porcupine, batfish, etc. hahahaa...

This is, if not mistaken, juvenile sweetlip, theso called "agogo-fish" because it swims like it's doing agogo dance.

Alex playing as victim in rescue course. The two rescue divers-to-be spent a longgg time dragging Alex up the boat.. very funny...

it was a good trip, I agree. Besides we had a fair share of fun watching the rescue scenario....

Alex, you got to do something about that tummy of yours, rescue divers trainees alway have slight problem hurling you out of the water onto the boat...ha, ha.
